ACBC student services have been organising work placement for our EVET students to participate in this year.
We have connected with the following organisations to assist with work placement for the 2022 EVET program and are full steam ahead for students to participate in the amazing, experience-enriching program this year.
WORK PLACEMENT PARTNERSHIPS
- MWLP is a not-for-profit organisation focused on engaging a community of stakeholders to support youth in their personal and professional career development. Their program places HSC students into the workforce for placements each year.
- Integrated Work and Learning Programs (IWLP) work closely with local schools, Registered Trade Organisations and employers to coordinate work placement for students across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven and far South Coast regions.
- The Youth Partnership was formed to help young people make the successful transition from school to work or further education. Through our ongoing relationships with employers across Sydney, they coordinate work placements for students studying Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses as part of their HSC.
In addition, we are pleased to have Plumpton High School join the ACBC EVET Program!
