The CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services is a full-time qualification, which requires 3 days of college attendance per week over a period of 38 weeks. (excluding holidays). There is also 100 hours of mandatory work-placement that must be completed for this qualification. Additional homebased study will be required.
CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling provides a strong foundation for many career pathways. Industry Aligned Study

Work Placement
Students enrolled in the CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services and CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling are required to complete 100 hours of mandatory work-placement with an appropriate community or private organisation. This will be organised by our Work Placement team. It will allow students to be practically assessed and provide excellent on-the-job learning experiences to equip them for work in the industry on completion of their course.

Nationally Recognised Qualification
The Australian Careers Business College is approved by ASQA to deliver CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services. This means this qualification meets the requirements of the Australian Qualifications Framework Standards and you will graduate with a nationally recognised and respected Diploma that is sought after in the Australian job market.
